We offer apostille services and mobile notary services that come to you, at your convenience.  What most people do not realize is apostille services do not always require an in person notary appointment and if you need notarization  this can be done virtually.

The first step is uploading your documents to our website so we can review your documents. Please de aware anything with a state seal such as a birth certificate, marriage license, death certificate etc. we will need you to send us the original document. The majority of other documents with the exception of documents needing a federal seal such as a back ground check or Corporate Documents require a different procedure. 

What do you need? Apostille  vs Authentication?

• An apostille is for countries in the Hague Apostille Convention.
• An Authentication is for non Hague Countries.

*These must be certified copies issues by the state with their seal and not photo copies. We will provide an address you can mail these to or we can pick them up.

These documents go through the U.S. Deparment of State and addition fees may apply as charged by their agengy. 

You can order your apostille any time day or night via our website. Documents received after the close of our business day will be processed first thing in the morning. The cut off for documents that can be processed the same day is 12pm CST.
